Victorian Rams Head Fire Surround
Victorian cast iron fire surround, elaborately decorated in the typical Victorian style with a flower and foliage cushion frieze encompassing a central corbel decorated with a Rams head and a basket of fruit. The legs feature flower and butterfly detail above a couple of urns.
In excellent condition, from a house in Strath Haven, Scotland. Circa 1880.
Finished in traditional grate polish, photographs were taken outside making the fireplace look lighter.
