Antique cast iron grate with reeded panels surrounded by a bolection cast iron fire surround. Originally manufactured by the Carron Foundry who made some of the best quality fireplaces during this Period.
In excellent condition. One of a pair from an Old church building near Machynlleth, Mid Wales. Circa 1820
