1930’s Painted Bedroom Fireplaces
One of a pair of 1930’s cast iron bedroom fireplaces; finished in satin white and black. Although they were reclaimed from as 1930’s house the design would also suit Edwardian houses. As is commonly found, this design may well of originated in an Edwardian foundry.
One remaining; fireplace has a repair to the bottom of the leg which isn’t visible from the front.
